BALLOON ORDER PROCESS
You choose your balloon design from our website and proceed to order form. Your order is received by us. This will be acknowledged within 24 hours with a phone call. We will confirm all the details requested colours and designs then take payment. Your order will then be processed, inflated with helium, boxed and dispatched. Your order will be delivered by DPD Local next day service. You will be able to track your order using the DPD Local website and the tracking number that will be emailed to you on dispatch. You will be able to see the delivery time hour slot from the DPD Local email they will send. From this email you can amend the delivery or request safe place drop if you are unable to be in for the delivery. Your Foil balloon will stay inflated for 4-6 days or longer. If the balloon gas been in the cold during the delivery it will cause the helium to deflate, however, once the balloon is in a warm environment the helium will expand and inflate the balloon once again.
All orders are placed by the buyer by whatever means shall be deemed to constitute an offer by the buyer to enter into a contract on these conditions. The acceptance of this offer shall be by our fulfilling the order. All orders must be for a UK address only. We will contact you once your order is received by us. Please supply a valid phone number to avoid any delay in dispatch. However, if we are unable to contact you via phone we will email a request for you to contact ourselves. From this point you will be advised of your order number which should be used on all correspondence to us. It will be quoted by us on all communications. If we are unable to deliver your order due to the requested balloon being out of stock, damaged or discontinued a replacement option would be discussed in our phone conversation and we will endeavour to find an acceptable option prior to payment being taken. Any changes can be made prior to dispatch. However, once your item has left ourselves we are unable to make any further amendments. Any changes that are made and reflect a change in the cost will be held until agreed and paid for.
All prices shown on this site include VAT @ 20% unless they are classed as VAT exempt. Should the rate change our prices will then reflect this VAT change. A VAT receipt is available on request.
Payment for the goods, delivery and VAT will be in Pounds Sterling. We will contact you once we have received your order. After confirming your order request payment will be required in full by credit/debit card. Full payment must be made before we proceed with the order. Our liability to you will be the cost of the goods purchased by you. We do not supply goods for resale purposes and have no liability for any such misuse of our products.
After our phone conversation and payment is taken an order confirmation will be sent to you by email, please read it carefully to ensure all the details are correct.
Normal delivery will be via DPD Local next day service once payment has been made. We will do our very best to adhere to next day but it does not form part of the contract of sale. The cost of delivery is £6 for which the buyer will be liable for the full cost. We are not responsible for delays outside of our control. The items will be delivered to the address supplied at the time of the order. It is your responsibility to ensure that the address is correct and you are available to accept the delivery. DPD Local offer a leave in safe place option when they advise you of the time of your delivery should you not be able to accept it. If the items are not delivered on the requested date, and not subject to delays outside our control, we will issue a refund.

Please dispose of balloons responsibly with these helpful tips…… Latex balloons are biodegradable.Although Latex Balloons are biodegradable, Balloon Releases, by definition, can be classed as littering and any adverse effect on our environment is unacceptable. KALEIDOSCOPE BALLOONS DO NOT SUPPORT (NOR WILL WE KNOWINGLY FACILITATE) THE DELIBERATE RELEASE OF BALLOONS. There are hundreds of ways that balloons can be used to commemorate an event, or celebrate the life of a loved one, without releasing them into the atmosphere. We believe that deterring balloon releases enables us to work with a wonderful product that actually has a substantial positive environmental impact on our planet. PIN IT and BIN IT – Safely deflate your balloons.
For Latex Balloons, let them deflate or carefully deflate or carefully pierce them to deflate them. Remove and dispose of the ribbon with standard household waste. Latex balloons will biodegrade at about the same rate as an oak leaf and are a natural product, so you could compost them. For Foil Balloons, whilst they may look like metal foil, they are actually made of polyester (mylar). If you wish to return foil balloons (that were purchased from us) to us, we will dispose of them for you. Balloons are made of plastic. If you wish to return bubble balloons (that were purchased from us) to us, we will recycle them for you.
We reserve the right to alter the specifications at any time, without prior notice. All items shown are available at this time, you will be notified if this position changes. The Laws of England apply.
We will make all reasonable efforts to ensure that the contents of this site are up to date. However, we reserve the right to change product ranges, prices and promotional offers at any time.
YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL
Due to the life span of our items which are classed as perishable in accordance with Part 3 Clause 28(I)(c) of the Consumer Contracts (information, cancellation & additional charges) Regulations 2013, you dod not have the right to cancel the contract unless we have been in breach or there is a fault with the goods. YOUR RIGHT TO CHANGE YOUR MIND
Any non-perishable items can be notified to ourselves with 14 days of delivery. The goods must then be returned with 14 days of the notice. If the items are returned outside this time frame we are not obliged to provide a refund. You do not have the right to change your mind following the delivery of the balloons or food items unless there is a fault with the item which you have reported to us.
ENDING THE CONTRACT

RETURNING THE ITEM

to discuss the issue. Take photographic evidence of the problem and email it to us. If requested to return it to us we will cover the postage and provide a return label. We will refund the cost of the goods by the same method as originally used for the order. This will be done as soon as possible. If you change you mind we refund as soon as the goods are received back to us.
OUR RIGHT TO CANCEL
Any non-payment of items including any changes that incur additional charges will be cancelled by ourselves. Any unreal delivery times requests, any material costs incurred prior to our cancellation will be charged.
Your privacy is important to us. We comply with the principles of good information handling of the Data Protection Act and GDPR. We will only use names and return e-mail addresses to answer the email we receive. Names and Addresses are not used for any other purpose and are never shared with any other party. No information is kept longer than necessary. We do not retain any personal details or any other type of information longer than we need to process your order. Your payment is taken over the phone and input directly into our shop’s card reader. It is not recorded or stored. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights. We will not collect any personal information aout you (such as your address, telephone number or e-mail address) unless you provide it to us voluntarily. Should you not wish us to collect such data on you, please do not submit it. If you have submitted data and would like it removed form our records, please contact us.
